For our wedding, we kindly request black tie optional attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie or a tux, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. Ladies- when choosing your shoes, please note that the ceremony will be held on grass.
The wedding will take place outdoors, rain or shine.
Yes, transportation will be provided between the Canopy by Hilton Dallas Uptown and The Arboretum. The shuttles will depart the hotel at 4:30 PM and will return to the hotel following the wedding.
If you plan to drive, enter the Main Gate (Gate 1) and make an immediate right turn on the connector road. There will be a complimentary valet service there to assist you in parking and retrieving your car. Please register your car here: https://www.offstreet.io/events/ZXM47DTH If you are in an Uber, have them drop you off just inside the Main Gate (Gate 1) and walk down the connector road on the right where you see the Valet stand. There will be ushers from there to escort you to the ceremony.
Please arrive to The Arboretum at 5:00pm to ensure you can find your seat before the ceremony begins. There is a short walk from the drop-off location to the ceremony site. If you have any mobility concerns, please let Katie or Jacob know ahead of time.
