What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you please arrive at the venue at 4:30 PM, as we will be starting the ceremony promptly at 5 PM.

What is the recommended wedding attire?

Answer

The wedding attire is formal cocktail. We kindly request that men wear a suit and tie. For women, a midi or floor length dress is recommended.

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes, a room block is available at The Inn at Bellefield Hyde Park for August 21st and August 22nd. Please use the link on the accommodations page to book. Please book by July 10th for the preferred rate. The hotel is located 20 minutes from the venue, and is the closest hotel in the area.

Can I take Amtrak to & from the venue?

Answer

The closest available train is the Amtrak Rhinecliff Kingston stop. You can get this train from Penn Station. The Rhinecliff Kingston stop is about a 20 minute Uber to the venue. ***Please be aware that the last Amtrak train leaving from Rhinecliff back to NYC on August 22nd is at 8:25 PM. Please see above for hotel information! ***

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors on grass. The cocktail hour will be in a covered outdoor area, and the reception will be held indoors.
