Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There are local school buses that will shuttle guests from each hotel to the ceremony. Due to COVID all passengers are required to wear a mask while being transported.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Cocktail attire! We want you to feel comfortable as we celebrate our big day!

What measures will be in place for guests to protect against COVID?

Answer

The Safety and Health of our guests are our top priority while we celebrate our day. We realize that we are still in the time of the spread of Coronavirus and we have continued to monitor Federal, State, and Local Guidelines and restrictions pertaining to COVID. We encourage guests to follow the recommendations put in place by the Maryland Department of Health and the CDC including Face Coverings, Hand Sanitizing, and Social Distancing. There will be restrooms available for guests to use to sanitize their hands during the ceremony and reception. Tables will be spaced according to distancing guidelines during the reception, and we plan to offer distance seating during the ceremony for any guest(s) who request it. For guests that choose not to attend because of COVID or other health concerns will there be a video stream for the ceremony?

Answer

During this time we are currently encouraging guests to RSVP No if they have concerns regarding their health or others. We are discussing options of video streaming the 30 minute ceremony so that our guests that wish to celebrate with us at home can do so! Please check back on the website for updates. Thank you! What is the deadline to RSVP "NO" if I plan to come but become exposed to COVID 19?

Answer

If you received a wedding invitation the RSVP is due back by September 12, 2020. If you RSVP yes, and conditions change please communicate to us in a timely manner to make sure we change your RSVP. Thank you! J + J

What time will the shuttles run?

Answer

If you are a guest that is staying at Wisp Resort, Silver Tree Suites, or The Inn at Deep Creek please see the shuttle schedule below: Wisp Resort - Shuttle arrives at 2:45 PM and will depart at 2:55 PM to take you to the venue. Silver Tree and the Inn - The shuttle will arrive at Silver Tree at 2:40 PM and depart at 2:50 PM. From there it will stop at The Inn at 2:55 PM and will depart at 3:05 PM to take you to the venue. Both shuttles should arrive between 3:15 and 3:20 PM. Return Shuttle: The Shuttles will begin running at 8:00 PM to take guests back to their respective hotels and will run in 30 minute intervals after until 11:00 PM.

Will there be parking for guests who come in their own vehicles?

Answer

Yes! We do have designated parking that will be marked!
