We're getting married!

It all started with a handstand... During rehearsals for the school musical in early 2020, bridesmaid Miriam Nesemeier played the ultimate wing woman by getting Braeden and Madison to do a handstand together. Madison thought Braeden was cute from the start, and this was the perfect moment to start Snapchatting him. Little did she know, that small spark would soon grow into something unforgettable. On Valentine’s Day, Braeden invited Madison over for pizza and a High School Musical movie night—a simple, sweet evening that marked the beginning of something special. Just a few weeks later, during a cozy night with movies and a bonfire, Braeden asked Madison to be his girlfriend on March 20, 2020. Her iconic response? A perfectly casual, “I guess so.” From that moment on, their journey together began. Over the next six years, they grew alongside one another—navigating life, supporting each other’s dreams, and learning more and more about love, commitment, and partnership. Despite the distance and the busyness of life, they stayed strong, always showing up for one another. Through every season, God has been the foundation of their relationship—guiding their hearts, strengthening their bond, and reminding them that love is not just a feeling, but a choice rooted in faith and grace. On July 19, 2025, Braeden surprised Madison with a couple’s photoshoot during a weekend visit. What she thought was just a fun way to document their time together turned into a moment they’d never forget—Braeden got down on one knee and asked Madison to marry him. Now, after six years of laughter, growth, and unwavering love, we are beyond excited to tie the knot on June 20, 2026 at Barnacopia—and we can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you by our side.
