Pre-Wedding Backyard Concert

If you're in town early, join us for an outdoor performance featuring the musical stylings of Invoke, one of our favourite musical groups who will be traveling all the way from Austin, TX. Come by at 6pm for a picnic style dinner. Music begins at 7pm. This is a BYOB event. We will be passing the hat for donations to the band. About Invoke: Described by one pretty important radio guy as “not classical…but not not classical” (David Srebnik, SiriusXM Classical Producer), Invoke continues to successfully dodge even the most valiant attempts at genre classification. The multi-instrumental band’s other not-nots encompass traditions from across America, including bluegrass, Appalachian fiddle tunes, jazz, and minimalism.
