How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?

Answer

Once Invitations have been sent out, you can navigate to the RSVP tab on the website. You will be prompted to type the name(s) listed on your invitation and you will be able to RSVP to both the Welcome party and the Wedding. If you do not RSVP by May 9th, 2027 we will assume you are sadly unable to join us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! Please arrive to the venue by 5pm. This allows 30 minutes to make sure everyone is seated on time and begin the ceremony promptly at 5:30pm.

How do I get to the Ceremony?

Answer

The venue is a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Uber/lyft is available. There is plenty of free parking onsite if you plan to drive. If you do drive yourself to the venue, please follow signs for the North parking lot.

Will we be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. We will provide fans for your comfort, but you may also wish to bring sunglasses if you’re sensitive to sunlight. Cocktail hour has both indoor/outdoor option, and the reception will take place indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party Attire We would love to see our guests in traditional Indian dress. Cocktail attire is also welcome. We encourage you to have fun with what you wear! Ceremony Attire The ceremony will be Formal attire. Indian attire is also welcome. More details regarding specific dress code can be found on the schedule page

Where can I buy Indian Attire?

If you are interested in purchasing online - Utsav Fashion, KYNAH, Lashkaraa, Pernia's Pop Up Shop, Andaaz and Amazon. If you live in the Bay Area, Berkeley has many shops on University Ave that can cater to your specific measurements and price range. We suggest Sari Palace, SIYA, Ahlishan Collections and Roopam Sarees.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If children are included in your invitation, your envelope and RSVP should be addressed to your whole family. If you believe we may have made a mistake, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on the invitations. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be clearly indicated on your invitation and RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes - when submitting your RSVP there will be a space provided to share this information so we can do our best to accommodate you.
