What are my transportation options?

Answer

- Rideshare Services (Uber/Lyft) are available to get to the Tanque Verde Ranch - If you choose to drive to the venue, parking is available on-site. WARNING - Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) will be extremely difficult to get after sundown - We will have Shuttle Pickups (56 Passenger Bus) that will transport guests from the Tanque Verde Ranch to the DoubleTree Hotel on Church Street in Downtown Tucson - Pick up times are 10:30PM and 12:30AM

Where to stay?

Answer

Our wedding venue, The Tanque Verde Ranch, is located about 40 minutes from downtown Tucson. You are welcome to stay closer to the venue, but we would suggest staying in downtown Tucson. This is where the welcome reception will be on the night of 10/31/25 and where there are the most options for lodging and things to do. (Please see Travel tab for more details)

When should I arrive to the Tanque Verde Ranch for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30PM. Please plan to arrive between 2:45 and 3:15PM.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Anyone named on the "RSVP" tab is welcome. We ask only those formally invited to attend the ceremony & reception.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

September 1, but the earlier the better!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will be outdoors. Tucson in the fall can be brisk at night so dress appropriately.

Will a formal invitation come by mail?

Answer

There will be no formal invitation by mail. Please use the "RSVP" tab on this website to let us know if you can attend.

Question

Will children be allowed to attend the wedding?

Answer

Although we love all of your little ones, we are unable to have children attend the ceremony & reception. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day. Kids are welcome to join on Friday night at the Welcome Dinner.
