The cutoff date for our blocks is March 24th!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will have a gluten-free option available, and the menu will be peanut-free. If you have any other allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out through your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at Ellis Ranch. You can also leave your vehicle there overnight until 11 a.m.

Rustic Semi-Formal optional ~ Just a reminder, the ceremony will be outside, so please plan accordingly! ~ Women: midi/maxi dresses or skirts, florals and pastels, heels or boots ~ Men: dress trousers or jeans, button-downs or Western shirts, optional jacket, nice boots or dress shoes

The ceremony and reception will be in the same location! The ceremony will be located just outside the Event Center, with the reception to follow in the Event Center!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The average temperature in Loveland, CO, is 60 degrees in April. There are chances of rain and it being cloudy. The ceremony will be outside, so plan your outfits accordingly! The ceremony will be moved inside if the weather takes a bad turn!

What time should we arrive?
