Does the venue have parking?

Yes! Parking will be free for our guests in Lot #54, located at the entrance of the gardens.

Can I bring my kids?

We thought you'd want the night off, so we're having an adults-only wedding.

What should I wear?

Answer

For our outdoor garden and greenhouse wedding, we're requesting cocktail attire with an invitation to embrace the garden party spirit. We'd love for you to have fun with colors, textures, and prints! For our ladies, we suggest light, flowy fabrics in below-the-knee to midi dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy separates. Since our ceremony will take place on grass, please keep in mind that delicate heels may sink. For our gents, we suggest lightweight suits or dress pants and chinos paired with a button-down shirt. Consider adding personality with floral ties and pocket squares if you'd like!

Where will the Ceremony and Reception take place?

Both will take place at the MSU Horticulture Gardens! However, the ceremony will be in the Arboretum garden, and the reception will take place in the North Gardens in the greenhouse. Our amazing ushers will happily guide you to the ceremony garden upon your arrival.

When should I show up for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 in the afternoon. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to allow yourself time to find the venue, parking, and the Arboretum garden.
