My (Sam's) favorite memory is a day trip we took to the Olympics. We started off the day with a long drive up Hurricane Ridge and I was so excited that it was a nice sunny day because they views are so much better on days like that. We took a few goofy photos and then headed back down to the Olympic Game Farm... one of those places where you can drive through and feed animals slices of bread out the windows. We go through most of it having a blast and interacting with very nice animals and then we reach the elk and bison section in which signs say to always keep driving. Well, the car in front of us did not listen to that sign which resulted in us getting ambushed by a bunch of elk and bison. It was very overwhelming and hilarious and we both were laughing so hard we were crying. The day ended in my favorite town, Port Townsend, were we had a nice dinner and waited for our ferry ride home.
It was so hard to choose just one time, but one of my favorite times I have had with this woman was shortly after we met, maybe a week or two. We went to Snoqualmie Falls since I had never been there and Sam loves it. We went on a little walk and ended up at the water, where we chose a rock a little bit into the water to sit on. And I never though I'd enjoy sitting on a rock for hours and talking but no matter what it was I couldn't keep my mind off of her and our conversations. I mean, I thought I was crazy because that was the first time I looked at her and thought "I'm in love." A feeling that I never really thought I'd feel again and she brought it out of me. After we walked back up to the car, we went to a little diner and got burgers and milkshakes. It's a memory that replays in my head often when I think about my future wife.
