Our ceremony will start promptly at 6:30 pm. Please arrive by 6:15 pm to allow enough time to be seated prior to the ceremony beginning.
Formal Attire is requested! For men, they should wear a suit and tie. Women should wear a floor or ankle-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates. Summer colors, patterns, and prints are encouraged!
Wedding shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the Hotel. Shuttle schedule is as follows: Depart from Hilton to Mansion at Timber Point - 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM Depart from Mansion at Timber Point to Hilton: - 12:00 - 12:30 AM - 1:00 AM - 1:30 AM
Yes parking is available at the Mansion at Timber Point.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We are asking all phones to be put away and turned off. We hired professionals to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate for a well-meaning person's phone to block that moment for our photographer or videographer to capture. After the ceremony, please take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos once we receive them!
We love your kids - we do! However, we want our wedding to be your night off!
There will be an After Party right next door at the 19th Hole Pub from 12 AM to 1 PM. Late night bites will be provided! Transportation will be provided after the reception as well as after the After Party back to the hotel!

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
