Is smoking/ vaping allowed?

Answer

We’d prefer if you did not do either. But there is a designated smoking area at the venue. Smoking and vaping is prohibited indoors and will result in us getting fined. So please stay in the designated area. And please dispose of cigarette butts properly

Can you accommodate my diet?

Answer

We will only be accommodating food allergies/ intolerances such as dairy, gluten, nuts etc. We will have some vegan/ vegetarian options as well. We will not be accommodating speciality lifestyle diets. Please be sure to fill out food allergies on your RSVP. If you’re worried about the menu feel free to contact us

Can I bring my kids?

Unfortunately due to venue space we can not accommodate kids too. The only kids in attendance will be relatives.

Can I bring my own drinks?

Answer

In accordance with NC liquor laws and the venue rules all alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender. We promise to have a variety of beer, wine, and hard ciders along with non alcoholic choices. The venue prohibits hard liquor any one caught sneaking it in will be asked to leave by venue staff.

Can I ride share?

Answer

There is no guarantee that you’ll be able to find an Uber or Lyft out in Hendersonville so please schedule your rides ahead of time. You can also use AVL Ride- a local taxi service that has vans that can accommodate up to 12.

What should I wear

Answer

Cocktail attire, our ceremony is outside and the reception is in an open air barn. Western North Carolina weather can be unpredictable so bring a light jacket for after the sun sets. The venue hosts will shut the walls if it gets too chilly, windy or rains.

Can I take photos?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged- except one designated family member to get a video for Grandma Dot. Cocktail hour and reception you can take photos

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

4pm if you want a good seat!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There’s tons of parking and there will be someone to help guide cars

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There’s 3 hotels with blocks. We also recommend checking out some AirBnBs closer to the venue too

We are asking monetary contributions to our home renovation fund but we also have a small registry on Amazon

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

Unfortunately only service animals are allowed per venue rules
