Flights: Always best if booked sooner than later! You will fly into the Austin-Bergstom International Airport. Our wedding venue is in the hill country, it is roughly a 25 minute drive from the airport. Transportation: There will be transportation to and from Lucky Arrow Retreat (where the majority of our guests will be staying) to the Rambling Rose Ranch venue on the day of the wedding. Because the venue is just outside of Austin, you may want to have your own vehicle to drive into town and explore. We recommend renting a car, carpooling, and/or a ride share service for the remainder of your stay.

Reserved for Thursday, Oct. 24th and Friday, Oct. 25th. Reservations must be booked and paid in full by July 1, 2024, using our special group code. Accommodations range from yurts to cabins and sleep 2-6 people. We recommend linking up with some friends to bunk with! Lucky Arrow will serve as the primary location for the weekend and will be the venue for the Welcome Party as well as the transportation hub for the ceremony itself.
