When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30 so that everyone has ample time to park, get a welcome drink, and be seated before the ceremony begins at 5:00 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The event is Garden Party Formal Attire. The venue is located outside on a lake with some grassy and sandy areas. The ceremony will be held on a beautiful grassy area.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, tons of kids are coming, and we'll have kids food for them too! :-)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes we have a room block at the Orlando World Center Marriott located 2.4 miles away from the venue. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is a very large parking lot so no worries about finding a spot here! :-)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know by September 1st any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can ensure our caterer can provide a special option for you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding venue?

Answer

There is not transportation to or from the wedding venue however, ample parking is available at Paradise Cove, or you may utilize ride-sharing services to avoid having to drive after the festivities! :-)

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you're around Saturday night and want to swing by our hotel, Heath and I'll be hanging out at the High Velocity Restaurant & Bar at the Orlando World Center Marriott from 8-11pm. Feel free to drop in for a bite, a nightcap, or just to say hi, but no pressure! :-) Also, maybe after the wedding ends at 10pm Sunday, we will continue the party somewhere but that's all T.B.D. Keep checking in for any updates! :-) P.S. If you aren't staying at the Orlando World Center but want to stop by, you'll be able to get discounted self parking :-)
