Yes! We'd love to have you stay with us at the Kings Port Inn or the Lodge at Turbats Creek. We ask that you do not contact the hotels directly and instead indicate on your RSVP if you'll be needing a room. In the provided space let us know your email address, phone number, if you have any mobility concerns, and your arrival date. If you select that you will be staying with us, you will receive a confirmation email 30 days before the wedding.
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm and we ask that all guests arrive no later than 4:30pm. If you'll be staying at King's Port or the Lodge at Turbats Creek, there will be shuttles to bring you to the Nonantum, and will pick guests up at 4:15pm. These same shuttles will bring you back at the end of the evening.
Our ceremony will be an unplugged event, meaning that we ask guests to silence and put away all phones and cameras. The wedding ceremony is a meaningful moment, and we hope everyone can be fully present. Our professional photographer will be capturing everything, and we look forward to sharing those special memories with you afterward. You're more than welcome to take photos and videos during the reception!
Unless otherwise indicated on your invitation, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night out to relax and celebrate with us!
Pets are not allowed at the hotels for the dates of the wedding, as they cannot be left in the room unattended. We thank you for your understanding.
