We have a hotel block reserves at the ClubHouse Hotel & Suites in Fargo. The discounted room rate is $169.00/night for a variety of King and Double Queen room types. If you would like a larger room, suites are available and is an upcharge of $20-$30 per night (plus the $169) https://be.synxis.com/?hotel=65178&chain=6792&group=DWB911&arrive=09/26/2026&depart=09/27/2026 If you plan on renting a room within this block we recommend booking the room at the same time you RSVP. This is because 45 days prior to the wedding is the room cut-off date which means the remaining rooms in the block are opened up to the public. Please book your hotel before the cut-off date of 8/10/26. To reserve a room, please call the ClubHouse at 701-282-5777 and make a reservation under our name; Deavy-Kuchenmeister Wedding Block. Guests can still call after the cutoff date, it will just depend on their availability if you will receive the discounted rate. Please note that we will have a shuttle that will take you to and from the venue if you book at the ClubHouse. Tips for the driver are appreciated!

Please note that we will have a shuttle that will take you to and from the venue if you book at the ClubHouse. The driver will have two rides to the venue at 2:30 pm & 2:45 pm & two rides back to the hotel during the reception, one ride at 8:00 PM & one at 10:00 PM. Anyone who wishes to dance till the closing song will need to order an Uber, Lyft or cab for a safe ride back home/hotel. We ask anyone who has been drinking to please secure a safe ride home! Tips for the driver are appreciated!
