FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

General RSVP's are due by September 1st, 2025.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered right here on Zola! Click on the "Registry" link above to see how you can kindly contribute.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. For women, this typically means a knee-length or midi dress, a chic jumpsuit, or an elegant skirt and top. For men, a suit or blazer with dress pants and a button-down shirt is appropriate (a tie is optional but always a nice touch). When in doubt, it's better to be slightly overdressed than too casual.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Head over to the "travel" tab to see all of our local hotel recommendations. We have room blocks and discount codes to certain hotels in the area.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking isn’t provided at the venue, so please plan accordingly. There are nearby parking options, and ride-sharing is always a great choice. Thanks for making the extra effort, we promise the celebration will be worth it!

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are kindly asked to arrive by 3:30PM to find their seats before the ceremony begins at 4:00PM.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Your comfort and enjoyment mean a lot to us! If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate your needs so you can enjoy the celebration worry-free. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Question

What is a Pittsburgh Cookie Table and How do I contribute?

Answer

The Pittsburgh Cookie Table is a long-standing tradition of Pittsburghers, where in lieu of cake or plated dessert, there will be a large cookie table full of a wide assortment of cookies. Traditionally, guests are asked to contribute to the cookie table if they would like, by providing a platter of only the best, most delicious cookies they can.
