What is the Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code to our wedding is Cocktail, with a Garden themed vibe. Men should wear a suit, tie is optional. Please no jeans. Long dresses are preferred for women. *since the ceremony will be outdoors, cowboy hats are also welcomed.

Can I Bring My Children or Additional Guests?

Answer

Due to limited seating at our venue, we cannot accommodate additional guests that are not listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding that this is an adults- only event, with the exception of children in our immediate family.

What time should i arrive?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the ceremony at 5 pm. Guests will park in the designated West Entrance Parking at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens and there will be a short 5 minute walk from the parking lot to the outdoor ceremony space. Reception to follow at La Puertita at Joe T Garcia's. Reception to start at 6pm.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors at the Lower Rose Garden at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens. In case of inclement weather, then the wedding ceremony will be held at the Shelter House above the Lower Rose Garden. Following the ceremony, the reception will take place indoors in La Puertita at Joe T Garcia's.

where should i park?

Answer

There is designated parking monitored by a security guard for all wedding guests at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens West Entrance Parking. Parking lot address is 3408 West Fwy, Fort Worth, TX 76107. Parking at Joe T's will be at their standard lot for restaurant guests. Transportation will not be provided for guests so please plan accordingly. Uber and lift are also available options in Fort Worth.
