This is where we can all gather & have a coffee or a drink before we take the hour and forty five minute drive up to the lodge together. We will be arranging pick up for all who do not have a car so reach out. All that do have a car can park it for the week at our home. The lodge does not have parking. if you have any questions let us know.

Ride to the Lodge - All Wedding Guests

Just bring all your things with you, we will be in Newry ME the rest of the time. If you have a hotel room you can drive up on your own and park at the hotel but you will need to call us for a shuttle to the Lodge. There is NO parking at the Lodge. If you don't have a car, no worries - we have you taken care of every day.
WEDFEST DAY ONE Welcome & lunch

Bring clothes for a full day of fun outside & swimming inside!
Today is DAY ONE of WEDFEST! Grab a mimosa, beer or an irish coffee to mingle around & at noon in the Main Room of the Lodge our Couple of Honor will Welcome all of you, give you a brief description of the grounds and hand out swag bags! Lunch will be a variety of pizza & served casually after Welcome. Transportation back to the lodge will be provided at the end of the night. Time TBD.
Wedding Rehearsal *Bridal Party Only
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
We will rehearse the blocking of the wedding at this time. All bridal party is required as well as ushers, flower girl & sound team.
Dinner for all guests
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. Indoor pool & hot tubs too!
Dinner will be grilled hot dog, hamburger or bocca burger with fries or a salad. Tentatively 6:30pm with an evening toast.

WEDFEST DAY TWO lunch & debrief - Today is the day!

Wear Casual - Bring your Wedding Attire (Wedding Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Light garden suits and sundresses are welcome as well!)
WEDFEST starts Day Two - Wedding Day with a Welcome & Hello from the soon to be couple. We meet our wedding helpers & casually share a small lunch of mixed finger sandwiches with sides of veggies, chips and dips to hold you over till cocktail hour and hor'devours at 5:30pm. Lawn games out back, billiards and chit chat inside and hot tubs or swimming available in the interim. If you plan on getting ready for the wedding at the lodge make sure to bring your threads, shoes and make-up bags. You can also come ready and be stylin' the whole day!
Girl ONLY get ready time! All Ladies invited!
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Ceremony & Party Attire, make-up bag: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, sundresses & floral prints. Damn girl!
ALL Ladies are invited to hang out with the Bride & Bridal party for an hour of make up, ironing and sipping champagne. Grab that travel bag & frock, this is where us chicks clean up our act for an awesome night to remember!!
Boys ONLY get ready zone!
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Wedding Attire: dark jackets and slacks, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats (no baseball caps please)
ALL Men are invited to join the Groom & his Groomsman while they drink, smoke & talk about how awesome it is to be a dude. (Hopefully, help your single buddy get the gumption to say something nice to girl while he is here so we can do this at his wedding someday.)
Cocktail hour Pre-Wedding
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Now you're ready - show it off!
While the bridal parties finish getting ready and the ceremony is being set up, enjoy a drink or two on us and mingle! Beer pong and flip cup are a great way to pass the time, still!
Lets rock and roll! ( The Wedding part)
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Grandma Sally will be marrying the couple, Caitlin's mom Joni will be giving her away & it will be a quick ceremony with traditional and personalized vows. Bring your tissues!!
Post Wedding Cocktails!
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Join us in the backyard at the Lodge for cocktails and hor'devours while the newly weds take pictures. This is a perfect time for a quick game of bocce or corn hole! You look so good!
Pig Roast & Lobster Bake
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
This is a very casual dinner - we will not have seating assigned and it will be a mix of tables for older guests and blankets on the grass or bar tables for the younger crowd. Menu here....
SPEECH! Bouquet toss & garter belt thingy
7:30 pm - 8:15 pm
Time to hear from the Best Man & Maid of Honor Toss the cannabis bouquet & do whatever that garter belt thing is.

Roll on in after a crazy late, late, night. Hair of the dog or stiff coffee, hopefully someone has it pulled together. Did someone say bacon?
Goodbye Speech - Ride to town
3:00 pm - 5:15 pm
If you need a ride to the airport or back in to Portland there will be a shuttle provided at 330 and will get you back by 5:15pm. As the day gets closer we will dial this in to make sure everyone is taken care of.
