When should I RSVP by?

August 1st so we can let our caterer know :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:15, there is plenty of parking in the rear, but if you like to be early, 4pm works!

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

The reception parking is more limited so we are choosing to use the park and ride for our guests so that vendors can park on site. Drivers will transport you to the reception which is less than a min away.

Question

What do I do if I need to leave before the designated window listed for the drivers

Answer

Drivers have a timeframe that they will be operating and during their down time they will be enjoying the party. No drinking of course! But if you need to get your car outside of that timeframe, the drivers cell numbers will be provided so you can reach them.
