Provo Canyon is home to plenty of natural beauty including Sundance Resort and the majestic Bridal Veil waterfalls. This scenic mild float is fun for all ages – With small rapids and flanked by 10,000+ foot mountains this 90 minute adventure is offered with guided and self-guided options and even a late afternoon BBQ with tours leaving every hour starting at 10am. 2025 is at average snowpack so far – we expect river current to be swifter and waves will be higher in June and taper off in July and August.
Bridal Veil Falls is a beautiful natural waterfall in scenic Provo Canyon. It’s easily accessible via a trail that connects to the parking lot.
Generally a longer hike, averaging 9 hours to complete. Kaden swears there is a shorter route!
While Millcreek Canyon is only a few minutes from Salt Lake City, it’s definitely a wonderful escape into the mountains with excellent hiking opportunities!
Bells Canyon Trail is a short and challenging hike in the Wasatch Mountains. Starting from the parking lot, you will first reach the Lower Bell Canyon Reservoir. Continuing through the canyon from here, the hike is rocky and steep. This route terminates at the lower falls which is a great spot for a break after the quick elevation gain. There are great views throughout the hike of the surrounding canyon and cityscapes below. Since this trail lies within a protected watershed, dogs and swimming are not permitted in the area. This trail is roughly 5 miles.
