It all started with a text and a date. Seeing the fireworks on the esplanade in Cambridge after working closing shift at a store together, and the rest is history. We clicked personality wise and we are both very similar in the majority of ways, we just understand each other and that is all I could have ever asked for.

Saquan planned a family brunch for my sister's birthday which we were celebrating at the AKA Back bay Precinct Kitchen + Bar. He gave an amazing speech and asked me to marry him with all of my family there to witness it. It was so special and so exciting at the same time!
