When should we RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that we have an definite RSVP by January 1st, 2021. You do not need to have your trip booked yet (although we suggest it!), but we need a final number count by then to give to the resort for planning purposes.

When should we book our stay?

Answer

We recommend booking sooner rather than later. This is a brand new resort that opens this December, and their rates are currently lower because they are offering deals for booking before they open. With Covid-19, they are also operating at a reduced capacity, so booking sooner rather than later will ensure you can get a room to be there during our wedding.

How long should we go for?

Answer

We made our wedding on a Saturday, so that if you would like to just come for the weekend, you can. We understand everyone has different schedules and availability, so stay as long as you would like!

What dates are the bride/groom going to be there?

Answer

We will be at the resort from June 10th-23rd.

What do we do if Covid-19 gets worse?

Answer

In the event that travel is restricted or another shut down happens, we will likely move our wedding to a different date. If this happens, we will reach out to everyone. We highly recommend booking flights that offer no change fees, just in case this happens.

What if we don't feel comfortable traveling during this time?

Answer

We understand! We want everyone to do what they are comfortable with. If you are not comfortable traveling for any reason, we don't want you to have to worry about this trip. We will be having a celebration when we return from Mexico, and we would love to celebrate with you at that time!

Are you doing packages with group travel rates?

Answer

We decided to not do group travel packages for our wedding. We wanted everyone to be able to book their own dates, rooms, flights, etc. This way you can book whatever way you are most comfortable with!
