Train

Amtrak

To reach Glen Falls House via train, take Amtrak to Hudson Station. From there, you can either call a taxi service (we recommend pre-scheduling) or coordinate with other wedding guests; it is about a 25-minute car ride to Glen Falls House from Hudson Station. Uber/Lyft service in the area is not reliable, and pre-booking for taxi service is highly recommended. Amtrak services Hudson (HUD) directly from Penn Station, offering 8+ daily trains daily. It is also highly recommended to book your train well in advance as it often sells out on the weekends especially during the busy Summer and Fall seasons. Flight

Closest Airports

If flying in, the best option if you're taking the Amtrak, is to fly into JFK then to take one of the following options: From JFK Take the AirTrain to Jamaica Station. This is JFK's main connection to public transit options. Once you're at Jamaica Station head to the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) hub and it will take you directly to Penn Station where you transfer to Amtrak and take that to the Hudson stop. From here contact an Uber or one of the car services as detailed above to Glen Falls House. OR From JFK you can also take an Uber or NY Taxi straight to Penn Station. OTHER AIRPORTS LaGuardia (LGA) Take Uber or Shuttle bus to NY Penn Station Newark (EWR) Take NJ Transit, Amtrak, or Uber to NY Penn Station There are also airports in nearby Newburgh (SWF) and Albany (ALB). From either you can take a taxi or ride share service to Glen Falls House directly from airport, it is about a 1 hour ride. Alternatively bus services also serve these routes with the stop in Cairo, NY being the closest to Round Top, a short car ride away.
