While we love your kiddos, the wedding is adults-only.
If you would like to stay at a hotel, please choose one that best fits your needs. We do not have a hotel block for you to use.
We are not hosting any other events besides the wedding ceremony and reception on 9/8/2024. We will be foregoing a rehearsal dinner, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other traditional wedding events.
Cocktail attire. No jeans or athletic gear of any sort. The ceremony will take place on grass so please choose your shoes accordingly.
Our wedding will be held at the Ranch Country Club in Westminster, Colorado. Once you turn onto Tejon Street, please follow the signs to the clubhouse located at the top of the hill. The ceremony will be held on a grassy area outside the back entrance. The reception will be held in the North Dining room inside the clubhouse. If weather permits, we will use the patio space outside the dining room for the cocktail hour.
Please arrive by no later than 4:30 pm. As we only have four hours for the event, the ceremony will start promptly at 5 pm. If you arrive after 5 pm, please wait in the lobby of the clubhouse to join the other guests for the cocktail hour and appetizers after the ceremony.
There is a large parking lot in front of the clubhouse. Please feel free to park in any available spots.
There will be no transportation provided.
The wedding will start with a quick vow ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour and appetizers while we are taking pictures. We are hosting a sit-down dinner featuring a couple of main course selections and dessert. Please note that there will be no dancing or other traditional wedding activities, we just want to enjoy a nice meal with our favorite people :-).
We will have an open bar (beer and wine only) 5:15-8:15 pm. Please do not order any beverages from the clubhouse bar, it is available to members only. Outside drinks are not allowed.
