Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at a minimum of a half-hour prior to when the ceremony begins. There is a parking lot in the reception area. A wagon ride is available for guests to get to the Pine Grove for the ceremony.

What is the attire?
Answer
Garden Attire: Wear sundresses or suits and dress shirts in lighter hues, and shoes that you can easily walk on grass with. *Please know that this is a completely outdoor venue so remember to dress for the weather. If that means a light jacket, umbrella, bug spray, sunscreen, or possibly a small blanket to sit on, it is better to bring it and be comfortable. Please check the weather prior to packing.

Why an unplugged ceremony?

The easy answer is that we want you ALL to be truly present at this special time. Please, turn off your cell phones and put down your cameras. The photographer will capture how this moment looks — we encourage you all to capture how it feels with your hearts, without the distraction of technology. Videos and pictures are highly encouraged during the reception!

Will there be transportation?
Answer
For those who are staying at the Ho-Chunk in Black River Falls. *Please signup for your preferred bus times when you arrive at the Ho-Chunk* Don’t Miss The Bus!! Transportation will be provided from the Ho-Chunk in Black River Falls to Burlap & Bells so you can safely and leisurely enjoy our wedding ceremony and reception. Please arrive at the main lobby of the Ho-Chunk 10-15 mins. before your departure time. -The 1st school bus will depart from the Ho-Chunk at 2:45 pm to the Wedding Ceremony at Burlap & Bells (arrival at ~3:00 pm). -The 2nd school bus will depart from the Ho-Chunk at 3:15 pm to the Wedding Ceremony at Burlap & Bells (arrival at ~3:30 pm). Please arrive at the main parking lot at Burlap & Bells 10-15 mins. before your departure time. -The 1st school bus will return guests to the Ho-Chunk following the conclusion of the reception at 11:30 pm (arrival at ~11:45 pm). -The 2nd school bus will return guests to the Ho-Chunk following the conclusion of the reception at 12:30 am (arrival at ~12:45 am).
