Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will be at Mount Tabor Baptist Church in Byers, CO. It is located at 278 South Sherman Street, Byers, CO 80103. Parking is free and there is a lot next to the church as well as street parking available if the lot is full.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held after the ceremony at Wedgewood Weddings - Brittany Hill. The address is 9350 Grant Street, Thornton, CO, 80229. Parking is free and you may leave your car overnight if you need to.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 15-30 minutes early for the ceremony to allow enough time for parking and finding your seat. The official start time for the ceremony is 2:00pm and the official start time for the reception is 4:00pm. Please take your time getting from the ceremony to the reception and drive safe!

When do I need to RSVP by? Do I need to mail in my RSVP or can I RSVP electronically?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 11/15/2019. We would love to have all of your RSVP cards but you can reach out directly to Krysty at kchennaux@gmail.com via email to RSVP as well!

Have you reserved any hotel room blocks?

Answer

We have not, but there are several places available nearby Brittany Hill if you would like to stay nearby for the evening.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite formal or cocktail attire! Women have quite a few options with semi-formal attire. This includes a dress or dressy suit with, heels, strappy sandals, or flats. Men should wear a suit with a dress shirt or nice slacks with a dress shirt. A jacket & tie are encouraged but optional.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception is going to be "unplugged", so please keep all cameras and phones put away and enjoy this special moment with us. We promise to share our photos!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception will conclude at 9:00pm.

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Um, is there a sun and moon? LOL. Of course we will have dancing. We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance your tush off. This ain’t no Footloose.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please reach out to us directly with and food allergies so we can work to have an option for you! We want you to feel safe and comfortable to enjoy the night with us.

Will there be food & drinks served?

Answer

Oh yes there will! We will have passed appetizers, a full cash bar, as well as a 3-course meal, wedding cake, and desserts! Our main mission is to make you stuffed!
