When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by October 1st, 2024 so we can have an accurate headcount.

Am I required to book our rooms through Beverly Hartong (Krystle & Daimion's travel agent)?

Answer

No. You are welcome to book through the resort website or however else you'd like, but you will not be able to get the discounted rates from our reserved room block

What are the advantages of booking with our room block?

Discounted room rates and included airport transfers

When is the last day to pay for our rooms?

Answer

The last day to pay for the rooms in full is NOVEMBER 1, 2024. When you make the reservation, there will be a deposit of $100 per person. You can pay the full amount anytime after you make the reservation, the last day being November 1st, 2024. You're also able to make multiple payments if you prefer not to pay the full amount at one time.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors, but we will not be in the beach/sand area at any point of the wedding
