Question

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes, shuttles will depart from the hotel promptly at 3:20 PM to bring guests to the ceremony. Space is limited, so be sure to arrive early to secure a spot! Following the ceremony, shuttles will take guests to the cocktail hour and reception. Return shuttles back to the hotel will begin at 11:00 PM and continue until the celebration ends.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and the reception will follow indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

Suits, tuxedos, slacks with a button-down shirt, midi or floor-length dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are all welcome! Please note that jeans aren’t permitted per the country club’s dress code — we appreciate your understanding!

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only (21+) celebration with the exception of members of the wedding party.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Your invitation will let you know if a plus-one has been included for you. While we wish we could extend the invite to everyone, we hope you understand that space is limited.

Will you be reserving a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, the hotel block is available for booking! Please take a look at the accommodations tab. Reservations for all guests must be received on or before 5:00 PM EST, Wednesday, August 06, 2025 to receive the room block group rate. If you have any trouble booking, please reach out to Joe or Krystin directly.
