Flight
For guests flying in this is the closest airport to our Venue in Novato, CA. It is about a 45 minute drive to the hotels we have room blocks with.
Shuttle
May 14, 2022 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
A bus will be running from the Courtyard and Best Western hotels to our venue and back to the hotels at the end of the evening. The first pick up will start at 4:00 and the last hotel pickup will be at 4:30.
Rental Car
If you plan to explore around Northern California we recommend renting a car to get from destination to destination. Public transportation is lacking and it would likely be more cost effective to rent a car rather than pay for multiple taxi's or ride shares. Based on our research Costco has the best prices, although you can also find some great deals on Expedia.
Travel Note
For those who are choosing not to rent a car the Marin Airporter is an alternative to taxi or ride share. This shuttle bus drops off at the parking lot of the Marriott hotel we have a room block with. Guests staying at the Best Western who chose to use this bus service will have to get a short taxi or ride share to their hotel.
