We would be delighted to see you looking your absolute best in a Black-Tie atmosphere. • Gentlemen: A classic tuxedo or a formal suit. • Ladies: Floor-length gowns or elegant midi-cut dresses. • Color Palette: To harmonize beautifully with the landscape, we invite you to draw inspiration from the warm tones of fall (such as terracotta, burgundy, or earth tones). We kindly request that you avoid white, champagne, espresso, olive green, and bright red. Important Note: As our celebration will take place outdoors from 5:45 pm to 11:59 pm in the beautiful Valle de Guadalupe, we highly recommend wearing comfortable footwear suitable for uneven terrain and, most importantly, bringing an elegant, warm coat or shawl, as evening temperatures in the Valley tend to drop significantly. — Nos encantaría verlos lucir sus mejores galas en una atmósfera de etiqueta formal (Black-Tie). • Caballeros: Esmoquin o traje formal. • Damas: Vestidos largos o de corte midi. • Paleta de colores: Para estar en sintonía con el paisaje, los invitamos a inspirarse en los cálidos tonos del otoño (terracota, ocre, burdeos, o tonos tierra). We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony, allowing everyone to be fully present while our photographer captures the moment beautifully. Will transportation be provided? — ¿Se proporcionará transporte?

Answer

The resort guarantees internal shuttle service for all our guests (covering parking lots, the reception venue, and guest rooms). Please kindly note that transportation outside the resort premises is not included. — El complejo garantiza el traslado interno de nuestros invitados (comprende las áreas de estacionamiento, recepción y habitaciones). Les recordamos que los traslados fuera de las instalaciones del Resort no están incluidos.

Ceremony timeframe and when should I be there? — “¿Cuál es el plazo de la ceremonia y cuándo debería estar allí?”

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM, so please plan to arrive by 1:45 PM. Guests are welcome to mingle and explore the beautiful grounds of El Cielo Resort before the ceremony begins. The church doors will open 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, allowing everyone time to be seated and settled before the start of the service. — La ceremonia comenzará puntualmente a las 2:00 p.m., por lo que les pedimos llegar a más tardar a la 1:45 p.m.. Mientras esperan, pueden convivir y disfrutar de las instalaciones de El Cielo Resort antes del inicio de la ceremonia.
