Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the reception?

Unfortunately, the Westin does not offer a shuttle. However, the hotel is conveniently located across the street and within walking distance.

Yes, you may check-in early and/or check-out late, as long as the hotel has the availability to do so. When booking your room, please ask reservations to make this accommodation for you.

Yes, parking is available to all hotel guests. The cost is $22 per day to self-park and $29 per day to valet.

Is there parking at the Pennsylvanian for the reception?

Answer

Yes, there about 80 spots in total between the two parking lots onsite. However, both are open to the public at a first-come, first-served basis. Should both lots fill, the Pennsylvanian coordinator recommended that we direct guests to the Greyhound garage right across the street.

There is availability to RSVP on our website, which you are more than welcome to do as it will help us in our planning! However, when the time comes for our formal invitation, we ask that you please respond by mail.
