We’re Getting Married!

Macio and Krystal began dating August 13, 2013. They worked together at a local state prison in Virginia, where they were first introduced by mutual friends. At first, Krystal thought Mase was extremely quiet and shy, and Mase thought Krystal was stuck up. If you ask them about each other today, Krystal will tell you Mase is far from quiet, and Mase will tell you that Krystal is silly and down to earth. The two hung out as friends a few times and would find themselves having conversations about life, sometimes lasting for three or more hours. Due to past experiences, Krystal only wanted to focus on raising her two daughters, Aniya and Alyvia. But Mase had other plans! He showed her what love looks like and he’d always call to check on her and her daughters, just to make sure they were okay. With prayer and persistency, Mase convinced Krystal to give him a chance. What started off at "work" would later become a lifetime of "work" fun, and true love! The couple welcomed their daughter Makyree on June 21, 2015. Together, they are raising their three daughters and building a promising future for their family. With God leading them, Krystal and Mase will unite on November 2, 2019, and will vow to “Forever” honor and cherish each other and the life that God has set before them.
