Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by September 15th by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with exception of immediate family who are apart of the wedding party.

Where is the ceremony and reception

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at The Everly in Mentor Ohio. The ceremony (weather permitting) will take place outside.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding.

Do you have hotel blocks for quests?

Answer

For your convenience, a block of rooms have been reserved at The Courtyard in Willoughy, Ohio. Check out the "Travel" page on our website for more information on hotel room blocks. Please have your room reserved by September 25th in order to receive the discounted rate!

Will there be transportation to the wedding venue from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle running from 3:15pm-4:15 PM from the hotel to the ceremony. The shuttle back to the hotel from reception will be from 9:30-11:00PM.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4:30 PM. Please arrive between 4:00- 4:15 to ensure you get to your seat in time for the ceremony!
