We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. The only hotel in Eatonville is the Mill-Village Motel. We would recommend for out of town guests to stay in Ashford if you want to enjoy Mount Rainer, which has several hotels and great AirBNB options. Other close towns are Yelm and Graham. Eatonville is roughly 1 hour from Olympia and Tacoma.
Due to us going a bit crazy on our guest list and wanting to include as many people that we love as possible, we have chosen to only invite children of the wedding party and close family members. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the occasion. It will be mid-August and the ceremony will be in the direct sun. The reception is under a tent, and there will be lawn activities. There also will be a misting tent in the weather requires the ability to cool down.
Yes, we will have an open bar with a selection of beer, wine and seltzers for our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. You’re welcome to bring cash to tip the bartender
