Question

May I bring a plus-one or my children?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Due to space limitations, we’re only able to welcome the guests named on each save-the-date or invitation. If a plus-one or children are included, they’ll be reflected there (e.g., John Smith and Guest, The Smith Family). Thank you for understanding — we’re so grateful to have you with us!

When should I book my hotel?

Answer

We recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible to ensure you can stay nearby and with other guests. Both of our recommended hotels are smaller properties with limited availability, so booking early is the best way to secure a room and avoid any potential rate increases as the wedding weekend approaches. See the Accommodations page for additional information on recommended hotels.

Are there shuttles or transportation options?

Answer

We have arranged for a bus trip from each of our recommended hotels to and from the venue (details on the Accommodations page). We'll ask you to RSVP for this option with our formal invitations.

Is there onsite parking?

Answer

Yes. For those that are driving themselves to the wedding, plenty of onsite parking is available.

What time should I plan to get to the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 4:30pm. If you are not using the transportation service from one of our recommended hotels, please plan to arrive at the venue between 4:00pm and 4:15pm to ensure you have enough time to walk over to the ceremony space and find a seat.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire! The entire event is outdoors on a mix of gravel, pavement, grass and wood flooring, so choose footwear accordingly. There will be space heaters throughout the reception area in case the weather is chilly, but we also recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a designated card box for your convenience at the reception. We kindly ask that any boxed gifts be sent and delivered to our house through our registry rather than brought to the wedding so we can ensure they arrive home safely.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
