Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love all the kiddos in our lives, we have decided to make this an ADULTS-ONLY event. Guests 21 and older are invited to attend.

Is there shuttle service?

Answer

We have reserved shuttle transportation service through Lake Geneva Party Bus Company exclusively for our guests. This service will be offered to all guests. Guests are also allowed to leave vehicles at the venue overnight however they must be removed from the lot by 9am the following day (Sunday, July 7th).

Can we park at the venue?

Answer

There are plenty of parking spaces in a parking lot available for those planning to drive to the venue. Overflow parking will be directed by event security to use the hospital parking lot (directly across the street). The coffee shop is open to the public until 6pm so after this time the parking lot will be private to our event. You are allowed to park overnight at the venue. If you are planning to do so, cars must be picked up by 9am on Sunday, July 7th.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in a card?

Answer

All RSVPs will be managed online. Please go to the RSVP page of our website and search for your family's last name to view your card. Please do not mail us your invitation.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have your online RSVP form completed by Saturday, June 1st.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are hoping for great weather and to have the wedding ceremony outdoors! The cocktail hour will also be outdoors. The reception is planned for inside the barn (this has AC). If the weather is too hot or storming- all events will move indoors.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask please NO photography or video during the ceremony. This allows our photographers to get the best possible pictures without phones in the background. We encourage guests to take photos at cocktail hour and the reception! Please tag us and use our hashtag #HurricaneMoritz if you choose to post your pictures to socials!

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire. No jeans please. Dresses and suits preferred. We would recommend bringing a light sweater since the barn has AC and since we plan to be outside later in the day. Please wear outdoor appropriate shoes, stilettos are not recommended as we will be in grass and on a brick patio.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
