What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You can arrive beginning at 4:30pm to get settled in. The hotel shuttle will do it's first drop-off around then. The ceremony will officially begin at 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Dresses for ladies, jacket and slacks for men, tie not mandatory.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony/venue?

Answer

Yes. One shuttle will run twice from the hotel for one drop-off at 4:30pm, and one at 4:50pm. Two shuttles will also run at the end of the night to take guests back to the hotel or after party.
