Question

How do I get on base?

Answer

All guests must either have a military ID, be accompanied by someone with a military ID, or be on the approved guest list to enter the base to attend the ceremony and reception. Amanda and Matt will submit a list of all guests to base security for background clearances. Please remember to bring your ID or you will not be allowed on base. Please note that we may be reaching out with any additional instructions needed to complete the background clearances.

Question

Can I take an Uber or Lyft? Is there parking?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue once you drive on base. However, it is important to note that no rideshares such as Uber or Lyft are allowed past the main gate. There will be a shuttle from the parking lot by the main base entrance to the venue. If you intend to take the shuttle from the front gate please allow yourself some extra time to arrive prior to the ceremony.

Question

May I bring my children?

Answer

With love and respect, due to the limited capacity of our venue we invite only the children who are part of the wedding party to join in our wedding celebration.

Question

Shoes!

Answer

Ladies, this one is for you! The ceremony will take place on a lawn followed by our reception on a wooden deck, which may be tricky to navigate in skinny heels. Please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear! The venue also requires that shoes be worn at all times.

Question

What do I wear?

Answer

Something fancy (cocktail or more formal) that makes you feel your best! Please keep in mind that our venue is almost entirely outdoors so be mindful of the weather when choosing your wardrobe. Since it is near the end of June we are hoping for warm weather but we do have an alternate location if it rains.
