INSTRUCTIONS For your reservation to count as your RSVP and be considered part of our wedding group: - It needs to be booked directly through the hotel website with the given promo code (code box pop ups after choosing dates). Any reservation made through another website (booking.com/expedia.com/etc.) will not count for our wedding group - The promo code needs to match your country of residence. Your ID and reservation will be validated during check-in - Your reservation has to be for a minimum of 3 nights between April 2nd and April 8th. * There is no block of rooms reserved for our wedding so the rooms can sell out. There is free cancellation of the room up until 48 hours before your reservation date. We recommend booking and reserving your room as soon as possible because you can always cancel later if you are not able to attend. You will only be charged 1 USD to reserve. *Any changes to the reservation (type of room, length of stay, etc) must be made 60 days before/prior to the reservation.
