Homewood Suites by Hilton Leesburg

For your convenience, we’ve also reserved a second room block at The Homewood Suites, which is located directly next to our other hotel block. This is where we will be staying for the weekend, and we would love to have many of our guests nearby. The hotel offers comfortable accommodations and is just a short distance from the venue, making it an easy and convenient option for the weekend’s events. To take advantage of the special wedding rate, please book by March 12th, 2026!

Flight

Washington Dulles International Airport

We recommend flying into Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) for the most convenient access to the wedding events. However, Reagan National (DCA) and Baltimore/Washington (BWI) are also available options, depending on your travel plans.

Shuttle

Shuttle Bus

April 11, 2026 4:15 pm - 11:00 pm

A shuttle bus will be provided to transport guests from The Homewood Suites to and from the wedding venue. Guests from the Hampton Inn are able to walk next door to the Homewood Hotel for the shuttle. Buses will arrive at The Homewood Suites at 4:20 PM and depart at 4:35 PM for the ceremony. *Please keep in mind: Uber’s are typically hard to call in this area
