Our recommendation: Fly into Barcelona and rent a car, the drive to Peralada is around an hour thirty. This gives you the freedom to explore Costa Brava and Girona, the hotels have plenty of parking. There is also a train that goes to Girona, from there you can rent a car or take a taxi to the hotels.
