Can I bring my children?

As much as we love your little ones, we will be having an adult only wedding.

Attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Please wear appropriate shoes as the reception will be on the lawn

If I stay at the hotel will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony, stopping back at the hotel after to allow time for the bride and groom to take family photos. The shuttle will then take guests to the reception and back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Will the reception be undercover?

Answer

Yes! The reception will be tented with walls!

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask all our guests arrive 15-20 minutes prior to our 3:00pm start time! If you are taking the shuttle it will be timed accordingly to start making loops at 2:30pm

Will there be parking at the reception?

Answer

Yes! The grooms parents have a large grass field directly next to the venue location. 4WD/AWD recommended if possible.
