We are asking that our guests dress in Black Tie Formal Attire for our special day. We have worked hard on curating a brilliantly spectacular event with an elevated design and want you all to fit right in! Black Tie does not require you to only dress in black! This means for gentlemen, a tuxedo or formal dark suit with a tie. For ladies, a long gown or an elegant cocktail-length dress is perfect. Think classic, timeless, and ready to dance the night away. Nope! We have rooms set for everyone based on family size & needs. All you need to do is call the Inn and give them the your information to attach to your room stay. We have picked out cabins for everyone based on family size and needs.

We are not allowing additional plus ones to our wedding, as we’d like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
We wish to keep our ceremony adults only; however, we would love to have the little ones join us during the reception to enjoy the music and dancing! We have hired a babysitter to hangout with the kids during the ceremony time if needed.
We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. Our welcome party & reception will take place at the Inn where most guests will be staying. The ceremony is in Sugar Hill, a scenic 55 minute drive through the Crawford Notch & the airport in Portland Maine is 1.5 hours from the Inn.
