Block of rooms has been reserved. There will be a shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue! The link is available for easy online reservations. PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE, or clear your phones cache. To book using the link simply click on it. A reservations splash page will appear just for the wedding block. The guest will first need to set the stay date(s). It defaults to a two night stay arriving Friday night but the guest can change the dates at the top of the page. Once the dates are set, the guest will select a room from the list of available rooms in the block. They will follow the system prompts from there to confirm a reservation. A confirmation number is generated upon successful completion of the process. If someone needs an accessible room, or they need to arrive earlier than Friday or stay past Sunday, please contact Molly Fruin at 859.655.1282. Guests may also call us directly for a reservation by calling 859.581.7800 and selection option 0 or option 1. Option 0 will transfer the caller to an associate here on property and option 1 will transfer the caller to an offsite reservations center. With either option it is important that the caller let the associate know that a reservation is needed within the group block "Kroger Wigger Wedding" so that the group rate is offered.
