Because the ceremony begins at 4:30 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:00 pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time. Please remember about the train that runs directly before the venue and does not follow a set schedule. When a train passes, it can take up to 20 minutes to clear the crossing, so we recommend arriving a little early to avoid getting delayed.
Our wedding will be Western Formal, so feel free to bring your best western style! Cowboy hats, boots, bolo ties, and western-inspired outfits are all welcome. Men might wear dress shirts, western suits, slacks, jeans, and boots. Women can wear dresses, heels, boots, or western-inspired formal wear.
There is a designated parking lot with plenty of spots on the property.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present, as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Of course, children are welcome. Kindly include the number of children attending when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
The wedding ceremony and reception will be indoors. The Cocktail hour will be the only thing outdoors for about 30-45 minutes.
