When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you will be able to attend before 10/04/23. If you are having trouble RSVPing or with any other matters, please let us know and we will do what we can to help!
Question
Am I permitted to bring my children or a plus-one?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to space accomodations, only the individuals whose names are present on your invitation/the RSVP page are able to attend our wedding and reception. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, semi-formal attire is required. Although early November temperatures can vary in PA, planning for layers is recommended. The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting.

What color are the bridesmaids/groomsmen wearing?
Answer
The bridesmaids will be wearing burgundy dresses, and the groomsmen will be wearing charcoal grey tuxes.
Question
I am staying at the Radisson, but only for the night of Saturday, 11/4. How does this impact my arrival time, the shuttle, etc.?
Answer
While we do recommend taking advantage of the discounted rate on both 11/3 and 11/4 for your convenience, the best approach would be the following: Since the ceremony starts at 3pm and shuttles begin trips at 2pm, you will likely not be able to check into your room beforehand (check-in is at 3pm). The hotel can certainly work with you to see if early check-in is available on 11/4, but otherwise, plan to arrive at the hotel wedding-ready and check your bags at the front desk until the reception ends in order to catch the shuttle.

I am not planning to take the hotel shuttle from the Radisson. When should I arrive at the venue for the ceremony?
Answer
If you are using a rideshare service or driving your personal car, please do not plan to arrive at the venue before 2:30pm (ceremony begins at 3:00pm).

Is parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is a parking lot designated for the River's Edge Pavilion. This will be self-park, and if you require any handicapped accomodations, attendants will be available to provide assistance.

Question
I am staying at the Radisson, but my reservation is outside the hotel block. Is there anything I should know?
Answer
1.) If your room at the Radisson is listed outside the hotel block, please let the front desk know prior to your arrival so they can attempt to bring your rate down and include you in the block pricing. If there are any issues with this step, please email Erin ASAP so that she can reach out to the hotel directly. 2.) Please let the front desk know that you are in town for the Krivanos wedding so that you do not miss out on receiving your Welcome Bag, should your reservation still be listed outside of the hotel room block upon arrival.
