There is limited street parking available. The venue is skywalk connected to the Purple Ramp (Medical District Ramp). Know your license plate number for parking. There is a new ramp, blue ramp, now open across from the purple ramp for additional parking.
There are two entrances to the venue. Either you can use the main entrance off of Superior Street (prettiest option for full experience of the venue) and then head up to the second floor, or you can use the entrance that is reached via skywalk from the Purple Ramp that will bring you to the second floor of the venue.
The most convenient option for a hotel is The Sheraton Duluth as it is skywalk connected to the parking ramp and the venue. Please note that most hotels have a check in time of 4:00pm, and the ceremony also has a start time of 4:00 pm. There is a link posted on places to stay for booking within the limited hotel block!
Please arrive between 3:30-3:50 pm
This will be a formal event. Examples of formal dress code include for the guys wearing suits, dress pants, dress shirt. No jeans at the venue thank you. For girls we encourage full length dresses, pants suits, or jumpsuit options. Have fun and take advantage of dressing up :)
When you RSVP, you will have an option of the buffet champagne chicken or a gluten free meal on request (not vegan).
