Due to the ongoing pandemic, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding in Delhi. The health of all our loved ones is most important to us and we want to wait until we’re happy it’s safe for everyone to travel. We're really sorry for those who had already made travel plans to India this year, and the inconvenience that this may cause. Our wedding will still be going ahead at a later date, which we will inform you of as soon as it’s been decided. We hope everyone will be able to celebrate with us on that future date. Until then, please stay safe and know we’re thinking of you all in this uncertain time.
If you’re not an Indian passport holder, you will likely require a visa. Beware of dodgy websites offering the service. Make sure you print and take a copy of the visa to the airport - it should have your photo on it. https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html
If you're visiting India for the first time, https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/india is a good reference website. We would recommend you read the Health and Money sections. Travel health needs will depend on your individual situation such as, your destination and length of stay. Ideally consult with your travel healthcare practitioner 6-8 weeks in advance of travel to allow time for vaccines to give immunity.
Please RSVP online or email georgeandkritika@gmail.com by 30th April, 2020.
