Our room block is available from January 7 - January 11 with a three night stay minimum. Please contact our travel agent if you would like to book a single occupancy room or if you would like to book a room outside of our block for a shortened stay. He can also coordinate any special requests such as conjoining rooms or other room types outside of what we have listed in our block. He can be reached at Kevin@Speartravelgroup.com and will reach out to you within 1 business day. A non-refundable deposit of $250 will be required when you book. This deposit will be applied to your total balance. Final payment will be due August 15th, 2025. Payment links will be sent out in the weeks leading up to this date as a reminder as final payment will need to be made manually – credit card information is NOT saved on file. Travel Note

TransfersTransfers

When booking your room, you have the option to select a transfer to and from the airport. Our travel agent will coordinate this shuttle service for you. Please note, these transfers will be a shared vehicle and you will be paired with guests of the wedding who arrive around the same time as you. If you would like to book a private transfer, we recommend using the linked service.

Flight

Our travel agency does not service booking flights so please book flights on your own. Our travel agent will reach out in the fall to collect this information so he can coordinate ground transfers if you selected that during your booking. Valid Passport required. Per the US State Department, we recommend that your passport be valid up at least 6 months after travel dates. At this time, Mexico only requires your passport to be valid for the length of your stay.
